When searching for a restaurant location, one of the biggest challenges is balancing cost, location, and build-out needs. For CocinaMex, we focused on identifying a second-generation restaurant space (2nd gen) — a location that was already built out for food service.
By targeting a 2nd gen space, CocinaMex saved significant time and money on construction, build-out, and permitting. This allowed them to focus more on their food, team, and customers rather than starting from scratch.
